CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or no-show leaves a hole in my schedule that another client could have used. As a result, I've put the following policies in place to ensure all clients can be served in a timely manner. Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments I require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. This fee must be paid before you can book your next appointment. NO-SHOW POLICY If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. This fee must be paid before you can book any future appointments. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will not be able to complete your service. In this case, your appointment will be canceled, and the no-show fee will apply. Excessive tardiness will result in a termination of service and you will be added to the ban list. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
